So many great classes to learn from. If you're interested in really going deeper, you may want to join our 200-Hr Wisdom Intensive Training. It's an 18-month program that some finish in 12 months, and some in 2 years. After 2 years you will become quite knowledgable about energy, meditation, mantra, religion, spirituality, breathwork and the like.
A great way to lealrn! We have a mini library of pre-recorded classes for you to learn from. Some are in our permanent collection, and some are varied month-to-month.
