Experience Reiki at the OHM Center on NYC’s Upper East Side. In our group sessions, you receive gentle energy healing while resting comfortably in a welcoming space. Come for Reiki on its own or paired with a sound bath, and give yourself time to pause, relax and receive. No prior experience needed.
Even if you are the only one in class, the energy is still more powerful that if you signed up for an individual session. Because whenever we set the intention to gather in groups for healing, the energy is POWERFUL. In our Group Reiki classes, you simply lie down on the futon and Suzanne will do a short guided meditation to call in the energy. Then she will come around to each person individually to run energy into everyone via the head and then make a second pass and run energy into everyone via the feet. Beginners are welcome, no experience needed! Cost is $40-$45 and is included in the 4-for$100 package. Reiki with Sound Bath is $60 and is not included in any package, as this is a 2 instructor class.
Check our schedule for Energy Healing Training with Suzanne, OHM's Founder. She offers training in this 2x a year.
We offer private Reiki sessions with Barbara Blauvelt at our 1143 First Avenue office. She has been a reiki practitioner for over 30 years. Please email us at info@ohmcenter.com for an appointment.
