See What Has Been Hidden

A Remarkable Group Experience

Family Constellations is a powerful experiential practice that explores the unseen patterns, relationships, and dynamics that may be influencing our lives.

Sometimes what we struggle with does not begin with us. Family histories, loyalties, losses, relationships, and unresolved experiences can continue to shape how we feel and how we move through the world. Constellation work creates an opportunity to see and experience these dynamics from an entirely different perspective.

Rather than simply talking about an issue, we step into the constellation and experience it together.

At OHM, Family Constellations are facilitated by Luisa Muhr.

Come Experience It

Come as a Participant. Observe. Represent. Feel what happens in the room.

You may be surprised by what you see. Also what you recognize in yourself.

Family Constellations can be difficult to describe because so much of its power lies in experiencing it firsthand.

Our Family Constellations gathering takes place once a month on Saturday from 2:30–5:00 PM, with approximately 20–25 people participating each month.

During each gathering, Luisa facilitates two individual constellations, with a break between them. Those receiving an individual constellation are called Seekers. Everyone else attends as a Participant and may be invited to represent a person, relationship, feeling, or element within a Seeker’s constellation.

And this is where the experience becomes extraordinary: you do not have to be the Seeker for the work to affect you.

Being part of someone else’s constellation can bring unexpected insight into your own relationships, patterns, and life. There is something deeply moving about gathering with more than twenty people and entering this work together.

Come experience Family Constellations, learn how the process works, and participate in the two constellations being facilitated that day. No previous experience is necessary.

A Seeker receives one of the day's two individual constellation sessions, facilitated by Luisa. Because constellation work can be powerful and sometimes surprising, we require anyone wishing to become a Seeker to first attend at least two Family Constellations gatherings as a Participant. This gives you an opportunity to understand the process from the inside before bringing your own constellation to the group. It also gives you time to become clear about what you are seeking insight into and the question you want to bring to the work. Two Seeker spaces are available each month.
