Many of us forget to breathe when we are feeling stressed or anxious. Deepening our breathing is a primary way to instill relaxation of the body and calmness of the mind. Our selection of classes will help you reconnect to your breath.
Often times in the busy pace of life in the city, we lose connection with our breath, the vital life force. Learning how to reconnect with our breath can lead to relief of the physical and emotional symptoms caused by stress.

Breathwork Express: In this 30-minute ZOOM class you will be guided through a rejuvenating series of breathwork exercises that will detox and energize you. This Class will be returning to ZOOM in 2023
In-House Breathwork & Sound Healing. In this class you will do a small bit of chanting, followed by substantial breathwork, which allows you to relax into a lying down meditation while you listen to the Gong and Singing Bowls. Wednesdays 7-8:15pm and Saturdays 6-7:15pm. Taught by Suzanne Hill. $45 or 3 classes for $100
