Many of us forget to breathe when we are feeling stressed or anxious. Deepening our breathing is a primary way to instill relaxation of the body and calmness of the mind. Our selection of classes will help you reconnect to your breath.
Often times in the busy pace of life in the city, we lose connection with our breath, the vital life force. Learning how to reconnect with our breath can lead to relief of the physical and emotional symptoms caused by stress.
OHM currently offers only one Breathwork classes via Zoom at this time on Mondays, 1-1:30pm.
Breathwork Express: In this 30-minute ZOOM class you will be guided through a rejuvenating series of breathwork exercises that will detox and energize you.
Another class that incorporates Breathwork is our Thursday evening, 7-8pm class. This class is especially helpful for anyone experiencing high stress or insomnia:
Guided Deep Relaxation: In this IN-HOUSE class you will learn and practice powerful breathwork and deep relaxation techniques to help manage the nervous system and de-stress the mind.
