Located on the Upper East Side, OHM has a beautiful and serene meditation room to host your company event.  We can fit up to 15 people for a lying down event (Sound Bath or Group Reiki Healing, for example) and up to 35 people for a sitting up event, such as a Guided Meditation.

We ask the Corporate leaders to tell us what issues they have been having with their teams or groups, and we with you come up with a plan for your event.

Some businesses or groups work with us to do a one-time event, but several companies work with us to schedule regular events for their teams.

Group Events – Friends, Family, Special Occasions

As a healthy way of life has become more mainstream, customers are seeking out OHM to curate events for their special events.   Healing and de-stressing have come to replace other activities that don’t support our well-being.

When the weather permits, OHM makes good use of its 350 sq. ft. private backyard space, complete with a chalkboard, table, chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware, and cutlery to create a magical environment for your special occasion.  OHM also partners with select healthy restaurants in the area to provide yummy and nutritious food for your guests.

A typical event includes a specialized class with time before and after for food and socializing.  Each event we have hosted has been unique, so call us, and we can figure out something special that works for your particular group.
